About the project
Cloudborn is turn-based RPG that challenges you to restore a fractured world on the brink of destruction.
As the Marketing Art Director for the game, I was responsible for crafting its visual identity. I designed the logo and brand, ideated trailer concepts, and directed the art for videos and interviews. Additionally, I designed social media posts, event booths, and branded swag, ensuring a cohesive and engaging presence across all platforms.
This game is a demo/vertical slice which unfortunately was cancelled, therefore some of the images have been created using ai, with a lot of modification in Photoshop.
The logo
Travel is a major aspect of the game, with the compass being a crucial tool for navigation. To reflect this, I subtly integrated the compass into the logo design.
The colors
The colors are carefully selected to reflect the essence of the game while remaining versatile and easy to use in contexts beyond the game itself. Black and white can be used as well as secondary colors.
